Product Design Optimization
Polyrit’s production site is equipped with advanced polyurethane equipment and technologies to enable our customers to benefit from high quality and advanced products.
Our factory boasts more than 15 machines, each possessing different capabilities, including control, design, mixing, injection, casting, painting, packaging, and more.
Among others, we use advanced CNC machines capable of producing molds of various sizes up to 1.60 m. (5.25 ft.) in width by 3 m. (9.8 ft.) in length.
The company operates 20 mixing heads allowing molding the production of a wide range of high-quality polyurethane products.
Polyrit uses carousel solutions for higher capacity production, which provides a professional and comfortable flow of products, while addressing the demand for mass production programs.

Molds Design & Fabrication
Polyrit maintains strict guidelines to ensure it offers precise and high-quality molds, as well as providing engineering and customer support with regard to optimal design of new products.
The company’s experienced engineers are well acquainted with the design and production process and the customer is supported from the initial stages to end product and quality control.
Our engineers are trained to develop your initial idea to a practical and ideal final product. Numerous parameters are taken into consideration including the product’s geometry, the required type of material, and the expected production volume.
These parameters include considering the ergonomic aspect – convenience and ease of operation – thereby facilitating high efficiency production while complying with all the required product standards.
Polyrit currently operates advanced CNC machines that are capable of producing molds of excellent quality which yield perfect results in various sizes even up to 1.60 m. to 3 m. Our molds are made of aluminum or steel, depending on production volume and the customer’s requirements.
