Polyrit offers a full range of solutions to train manufacturers and subcontractors. We have been providing our innovative polyurethane based solutions to some of the industry leading conglomerates including Alstom (Bombardier) and Siemens.

Complete train seating systems
One of our key achievements was the establishment of a foamed and chair production line in various configurations for electric passenger vehicles manufactured by Siemens for the Israel Railways fleet.
Our seating systems meet strict standards in fire safety, toxicity, and longevity for the foamed production.
Polyrit has supplied Siemens with more than 14,000 seats for the first 24 EMU train sets that began operating in Israel.
The seats, which comply with the strictest European regulations, were designed by Kiel Sitze GMBH and manufactured under license at Polyrit. The seats are of the Match model and come in more than 30 different configurations. They have a cantilever base mounting, which makes them easier to clean as there are no legs on the floor.
Another large ongoing project is the supply of entire seating systems for Bombardier (part of Alstom Group), which is used in the Israel railways double decker coaches. On those coaches there are thousands of Patry model seats, a long-life product adapted to the needs of local use; assembled by us, complying with all European regulations (EN 45545; DIN 5510, UIC 566, 564-2, 567, DIN EN 15085).
